Finding her purpose in leadership has been the most rewarding because it has allowed her to be a part of other people’s journeys and life happenings.

Hoʻolaea’s Purpose:
”My purpose is to lead, mentor, inspire and empower people to be the best versions of themselves for themselves and the people important to them. My purpose is to be an individual that understands that we have our own stories, that we come from different places, cultures and head spaces. That these differences are not to be judged but to be embraced for a greater understanding. I’d like to think that I embody someone that is open to all possibilities which in turn allows for warm, authentic alliances and relationships where we can be our most vulnerable self without fear of judgment. When we are in this space, we can help move each other forward to achieve goals. My job or “purpose” is to lead by example. I operate with the understanding and expectation of “Say what you mean and mean what you say.”
